2022年4月7日，深陷波折的大陸女歌手何潔在與索尼音樂中國（大陸）（以下簡稱為：索尼音樂北京分公司）合作之下，正式推出個人全新音樂大碟《桔梗》。當時我評論說，「如果粉絲與歌迷力量能夠大規模集結，將會是她事業重新啟程的重要一步」。時隔兩年，何潔終於抓住機會登上中國大陸熱門綜藝《乘風2024》（原名：乘風破浪的姐姐，簡稱：浪姐），再度迎來大陸主流曝光。

On April 7, 2022, He Jie, a Chinese mainland female singer who had been embroiled in controversy, officially released her new music album "J.He"(桔梗) in collaboration with Sony Music China (Mainland) (hereinafter referred to as Sony Music Beijing branch). At the time, I commented that "if the power of fans and supporters can be mobilized on a large scale, it will be an important step for He Jie's career to start anew." Two years later, He Jie finally seized the opportunity to appear on the popular Chinese mainland variety show "Ride The Wind 2024," regaining mainstream exposure in Chinese mainland.

明年就是大陸民間選秀里程碑《超級女聲2005》開播二十週年的紀念日，曾經選秀第四名的何潔能夠與湖南衛視率先破冰，意義非凡。作為一檔全女性加盟的競演節目，電視台能在數年間把一檔節目延續做成一個系列，全憑一波波「姐姐」們自帶話題，她們的敢說、敢唱、敢跳讓觀眾頗為喜愛。這檔節目以「挖掘熟女藝人更多可塑性」為要點頗為吸睛，一度在大陸保持高收視率。與此同時，近年伴隨著節目形式的固化+「姐姐」陣容的差異+同期節目的分流，導致《乘風2024》在今年面臨著諸多業績挑戰。行業大咖藝人的缺位，導致整體陣容缺乏核心號召力，節目聲勢相對而言不如往年。雖然通過製造衝突效果，從而引爆社交網路話題的手段，一直是不少大陸綜藝慣用的炒作手法，但應用在一堆咖位與熱度不算高的藝人身上，可謂是效果回報有限，很難藉此力挽狂瀾。

Next year marks the 20th anniversary of the Chinese talent show "Super Girl 2005." He Jie, who placed fourth in the show, has returned to Hunan TV after many years away, marking a reconciliation with the station. As an all-female competition program, the station's ability to maintain the show as a series for several years is entirely due to the inherent appeal of each new "sister" contestant. Their outspokenness, singing, and dancing have won over audiences. The show's focus on "uncovering the versatility of mature female artists" was particularly eye-catching, maintaining high ratings in Chinese mainland for a time. At the same time, in recent years, the program format has lost its novelty, the guest lineup lacks appeal, and other popular programs at the same time are vying for viewers, which has led to many challenges for "Ride The Wind 2024" this year. The absence of industry heavyweights has resulted in a lack of core appeal, making the show less popular than in previous years. While creating conflict to ignite social media buzz is a common tactic used by many Chinese mainland variety shows, its effectiveness is limited when applied to a group of relatively unknown and low-profile celebrities, making it difficult to turn the tide.

從播出的節目來看，何潔在這檔節目中的人物形象顯得頗為「聒噪」。或許深感這次參加節目的機會來之不易，因此表現的過於熱情及用力過猛。當然她本身的性格就過於直接，態度全寫臉上，從她跟一眾選秀男星稱兄道弟而較少女性友人就能看出，她與諸多女性並不合適長期共處一室，因為情緒不夠穩定，一眼就會被看穿。參加一檔節目，最淺顯的需求就是曝光度、關注量及點擊數，但如何在保持美譽度及正面形象的基礎上去獲取這些流量，其中大有門道。且要知道，任何熱門節目帶來的流量都具有時效性與局限性，如何轉化一波有限流量去為整個職業賦予可持續的發展助力才是終極目的。

Judging from the aired episodes, He Jie's character on the show appeared rather "noisy." Perhaps she felt this opportunity to participate was hard-won, hence her overly enthusiastic and forceful performance. Of course, her personality is inherently too direct; her emotions are readily apparent. This is evident in her friendly interactions with a group of male contestants from talent shows, while she has relatively few female friends. It's clear she's not suited to spending extended periods with women, as her unstable emotions are easily discernible. The most basic purpose of participating in a show is to gain exposure, attention, and clicks. However, acquiring this traffic while maintaining a good reputation and positive image is not easy. Furthermore, it's important to understand that the traffic generated by any popular show is time-sensitive. The ultimate goal is to convert this limited traffic into sustainable development for one's entire career.

之所以說，何潔不在同一片海域「乘風破浪」，是因為每一個「姐姐」的身份、條件、資源、野心各不相同，這就導致各自參加節目的深層想法、遠程規劃及最終目的都不一樣。何潔在所有姐姐之中，甚至在整個大陸音樂圈及娛樂圈，不算是具有很好資源的藝人，也沒有厲害的演藝戰績，更稱不上資格深厚的老藝術家，加上性格也不算討喜，因此她更需要正視自己的劣勢，擺正自己的優勢，審視自己的形勢。

The reason I say He Jie is a special presence on the show is because each contestant has a different background, circumstances, and resources, leading to varying ambitions and long-term plans. Among all the contestants, and even in the entire Chinese mainland music and entertainment industry, He Jie is not considered an artist with good resources, nor does she have impressive performance achievements. She is not a veteran artist with profound experience, and her personality is not particularly likable. Therefore, she needs to face her disadvantages squarely, recognize her strengths, and assess her situation.

在所有「姐姐」中，何潔是少數具有多首大眾情歌傳唱基礎的歌手藝人，因此她可以利用這次參加節目積累的熱度與關注，在節目結束後趁熱打鐵，以最快速度將個人巡演的規模從小型的音樂展演空間（LiveHouse）拉升到中型的劇場劇院甚至有機會試水體育館，場次不是重點，意義尤為重要，這也是她職業生涯巡演規模極為難得的躍升時機。但前提是要有靠譜的幕後團隊、優質的節目編排與國際化包裝。巡演應該以出道二十年的匯報演出為核心，將歷年耳熟能詳的作品原汁原味全數呈現，令人陌生的作品一律踢出歌單，整體以達成擁有眾多音樂金曲「音樂熟悉感」為目的，重塑觀眾好感度、口碑與聲勢。

Among all the contestants, He Jie is one of the few singers with numerous popular love songs as her representative works. Therefore, she can leverage the popularity and attention gained from participating in the show to quickly expand the scale of her solo tour from small music venues (LiveHouses) to medium-sized theaters and even potentially 10,000-seat stadiums. The number of shows is not the key point; the significance is paramount. This is a rare opportunity for her to significantly expand the scale of her tour throughout her career, but this requires a reliable behind-the-scenes team, high-quality program arrangement, and international packaging. The tour should center on a 20-year anniversary celebration, presenting all the well-known works from over the years in their original form. Unfamiliar songs should be removed from the setlist to awaken the public's familiarity with He Jie's hit songs, thereby rebuilding the audience's goodwill, reputation, and momentum towards her.

長達若干年在主流樂壇的作品與影響力缺位，無法短時間內排位大陸前線女歌手行列，因此中間需要通過一些先鋒概念與表達的作品來力證自己新的視野以及能夠接軌新世代的可塑性，在意識表達等高緯層面鋪墊流行天后的上位資格。同時，大眾傳唱型的作品可以通過影視歌曲（OST）的渠道去展現 ... 在各領域資源開始不斷匯聚的時候，下一張正式專輯也有更大底氣向華語樂壇投下震撼彈。因此，何潔不必過多糾結眼下浮於眼前的表面與不重要的人際。在明確終極目的後，過程中沒那麼重要的人和事物順其自然就好。

He Jie's lack of mainstream music output and influence for several years prevents her from quickly establishing herself as a leading female singer in Chinese mainland. Therefore, she needs to demonstrate her new vision and versatility in aligning with the new generation's ideas through avant-garde and expressive works, laying the groundwork for her status as a pop diva on a higher level of conscious expression. Simultaneously, widely popular songs can be showcased through film and television soundtracks (OSTs). As resources from various fields begin to converge, her next official album will have a greater impact on the Chinese music scene. Therefore, He Jie shouldn't dwell too much on superficial matters and unimportant relationships. Once her ultimate goal is clear, she should let less important people and things along the way take their natural course.
