李榮浩於昨日(2025年3月21日)在大陸社群媒體「微博」表達震怒情緒,公開怒斥大陸音樂平台「網易雲音樂」,其中更是使用「草台班子」等激烈措辭,質問平台「沒有這個技術為什麼要做這件事」、「沒有人能監督明白,為什麼要做這件事」。隨後,網易雲音樂透過社群媒體向李荣浩及用戶公開致歉。

Yesterday (March 21, 2025), Li Ronghao expressed his anger on the Chinese social media platform Weibo, publicly criticizing the Chinese music platform NetEase Cloud Music. He used strong language such as "an extremely unprofessional team," questioning the platform, "If you don't have the technical capability to do this, why did you take on this task?" and "If no one knows how to supervise the project, why did you take on this task?" Subsequently, NetEase Cloud Music issued a public apology to Li Ronghao and its users through social media.

2024年10月,李榮浩在數位平台上架了個人第8張專輯《黑馬》。早已貴為華語樂壇「創作天王」的他,上一輪《縱橫四海世界巡迴演唱會》除了在大中華區大規模舉辦之外,更是遠赴英法等國開騷,其音樂影響力輻射至華人世界。而《黑馬》是他繼《縱橫四海》後「兩年磨一劍」的重磅大碟,是其事業穩定發展期的又一重要作品,更為其拉開2025全新體育場巡演的序幕。

In October 2024, Li Ronghao released his eighth solo album, "Dark Horse"(黑馬), on digital platforms. Already a renowned "King of Songwriting" in the Chinese music scene, his previous "Free Soul"(眾橫四海) world tour not only sang a grand show in Greater China but also extended to countries like the UK and France, demonstrating his musical influence throughout the Chinese-speaking world. "Dark Horse" is a major album he meticulously crafted over two years following "Free Soul,"(眾橫四海) representing another important work during a period of stable career development and setting the stage for his new stadium tour in 2025.

《黑馬》由李榮浩工作室(北京一樣音樂文化傳播有限公司)持有錄音製品版權,大陸實體版本授權中國科學文化音像出版社有限公司出版,由網易雲音樂(杭州網易雲音樂科技有限公司)、經典五大(經典五大北京文化傳播有限公司)聯合發行。早在2024年12月中旬,《黑馬》就在網易雲音樂進行獨家實體預購。2025年1月中旬,首批收到實體專輯的諸多歌迷與粉絲在社群媒體吐槽專輯存在不少文字錯誤與排版問題,對此李榮浩第一時間進行回應,並對購買專輯的聽眾、歌迷與粉絲致歉。

"Dark Horse"(黑馬) is copyrighted by Li Ronghao's studio (Beijing Yiyang Music Culture Communication Co., Ltd.), and the physical version for mainland China is authorized for publication by China Science and Culture Audio-Visual Publishing House Co., Ltd., and jointly distributed by NetEase Cloud Music (Hangzhou NetEase Cloud Music Technology Co., Ltd.) and Classic Five (Classic Five Beijing Culture Communication Co., Ltd.). As early as mid-December 2024, "Dark Horse"(黑馬) was exclusively available for pre-order on NetEase Cloud Music. In mid-January 2025, many fans who received the first batch of physical albums complained on social media about numerous typographical errors and layout issues. Li Ronghao responded immediately and apologized to the listeners, fans, and followers who purchased the album.

在最新一批實體版本中,雖然修正了先前的錯誤,但又出現新的問題:有不少購買實體專輯的歌迷與粉絲在社群媒體反饋,專輯套裝中網易雲音樂定製的NFC卡片存在重大問題,錯誤關聯成另一歌手「顏人中」的專輯頁面。實體專輯一再出現錯誤,最終引發李榮浩情緒大爆發。(NFC,Near-field communication,近距離無線通訊。在該項目中的應用為:儅NFC卡片接觸手機NFC識別區後,手機應用程式會跳轉打開網易雲音樂軟體,直接顯示李榮浩的最新專輯頁面。)

While the latest batch of physical albums corrected previous errors, new problems have arisen: many fans who purchased the physical albums have reported on social media that the NetEase Cloud Music customized NFC card included in the album set has a major issue, incorrectly linking to the album page of another artist, Yan Renzhong. The persistent errors in the physical albums finally ignited Li Ronghao's anger. (NFC, Near-field communication. In this project, its application is as follows: when the NFC card is touched by the phone's NFC recognition area, the phone app will open the NetEase Cloud Music app, directly displaying Li Ronghao's latest album page.)

「網易雲音樂」是大陸主流音樂串流平台之一,於2013年4月正式上線。2016年5月18日,杭州網易雲音樂科技有限公司註冊成立,成為「網易雲音樂」的營運主體。同年8月,為配合耳機等周邊產品的發售,平台開設「網易雲音樂商城」。2019年6月,平台發售的周邊套裝產品中開始出現音像製品。2021年4月,平台開始分銷實體音像製品,主要與廣州咕嚕文化等多家發行公司合作,此外也分銷一些知名藝人的音像製品與周邊產品,如泰勒絲、鄧紫棋等。2022年5月,首次策劃推出旗下版權藝人裘德的實體專輯。2023年5月,平台投資華晨宇專輯《希忘Hope》並在實體專輯中署名聯合發行,首次代理實體唱片總發行。2024年11月,平台開啟顏人中實體專輯的預購,署名發行公司。同年12月16日,開啟李榮浩《黑馬》實體專輯的預購,署名發行公司。

NetEase Cloud Music is one of the mainstream music streaming platforms in mainland China, officially launched in April 2013. On May 18, 2016, Hangzhou NetEase Cloud Music Technology Co., Ltd. was registered and established, becoming the operating entity of NetEase Cloud Music. In August of the same year, to coincide with the release of headphones and other peripheral products, the platform launched the "NetEase Cloud Music Mall." In June 2019, CDs began appearing in the merchandise sets sold on the platform. In April 2021, the platform began distributing physical CDs, primarily in partnership with several distribution companies, including Guangzhou Gulu Culture. It also distributed audio-visual products and merchandise of well-known artists such as Taylor Swift and G.E.M. In May 2022, it launched its first physical album for its artist, Jude. In May 2023, it invested in Hua Chenyu's album "Hope"(希忘Hope) and was responsible for the joint distribution of the physical album, also taking on the role of the sole distributor of physical records for the first time. In November 2024, as the distribution company for Yan Renzhong's new album, they launched the album's pre-sale. On December 16 of the same year, as the distribution company for Li Ronghao's physical album "Dark Horse,"(黑馬) they launched the album's pre-sale.

值得關注的是,「網易雲音樂」的實體專輯發行經歷並不算豐富,從2021年開始主要分銷音像製品,近兩年才正式試水歌手實體唱片的發行業務。即便「創作天王」等級的李榮浩夠大咖,但對於極少參與實體專輯完整流程的網易雲音樂而言,《黑馬》也淪為「試驗案例」之一。當然,不否認李榮浩在數位發行上與網易雲音樂的合作非常愉快,但過分深度的信任還是換來了這次實體專輯合作過程中的一些失望。

It's worth noting that NetEase Cloud Music has relatively little experience in physical album distribution. Since 2021, it has primarily distributed CDs, only officially launching its physical album distribution business in the last two years. Even with a superstar like Li Ronghao, considered a "king of songwriting," "Dark Horse"(黑馬) became just one of the "experimental cases" for NetEase Cloud Music, which has very little experience in the entire physical album distribution process. Of course, it's undeniable that Li Ronghao's collaboration with NetEase Cloud Music on digital distribution was very pleasant, but this excessive trust resulted in some disappointment during the physical album collaboration.

能夠通過連結一些關鍵信息點,試圖還原事件的原貌:李榮浩的《黑馬》實體專輯與網易雲音樂人「顏人中」的實體專輯是同期項目,都由中國科學文化音像出版社有限公司出版(主要負責報批),由網易雲音樂(杭州網易雲音樂科技有限公司)、經典五大(經典五大北京文化傳播有限公司)聯合發行,網易雲音樂為兩張實體專輯都附加了定製的NFC卡片,且都由經典五大印刷製作。

Based on some publicly available information, we can attempt to reconstruct the true situation of the event: Li Ronghao's physical album "Dark Horse"(黑馬) and the physical album of Yan Renzhong, a musician under NetEase Cloud Music, were published within the same time period. Both were published by China Science and Culture Audio-Visual Publishing House Co., Ltd. (which was mainly responsible for the approval process) and jointly released by NetEase Cloud Music (Hangzhou NetEase Cloud Music Technology Co., Ltd.) and Classic Five (Classic Five Beijing Culture Communication Co., Ltd.). NetEase Cloud Music added customized NFC cards to both physical albums, and both were printed by Classic Five.

首批《黑馬》實體專輯的籌備製作過程中,文字內容與排版設計校對不到位、跟進不到位、質檢不到位,從而導致2025年1月中旬首批流入市場的實體專輯出現不少低級錯誤。又,因為顏人中的實體專輯與李榮浩的《黑馬》實體專輯是同期項目,又是由同一廠商印刷製作,而相關人員失誤操作且質檢不到位,從而導致NFC卡片內容錯誤並流入市場,造成給其他歌手引去關注與流量,直接損害了李榮浩的權益,同時折損了歌迷與粉絲的體驗感。基於以上所述,合作方多次不專業的行為導致李榮浩暴怒,很能理解他的情緒波動——這麼一張重要的音樂作品凝聚了歌手的許多心血,卻在最後的出版發行出現「沒完沒了」的錯誤與問題。

During the preparation and production of the first batch of physical albums for "Dark Horse,"(黑馬) inadequate proofreading, follow-up, and quality control in the text content and layout design led to numerous basic errors in the first batch of physical albums released to the market in mid-January 2025. Furthermore, because Yan Renzhong's physical album and Li Ronghao's "Dark Horse"(黑馬) physical album were projects within the same timeframe and printed by the same manufacturer, errors in personnel operations and inadequate quality control resulted in incorrect and mixed-up NFC card content, which was then released to the market. This exploited Li Ronghao's fame to bring attention and traffic to other singers, damaging Li Ronghao's rights and ruining the experience for his fans. Based on the above, Li Ronghao was angered by the unprofessional behavior of his collaborators, and I can understand his negative emotions very well. This important musical work embodies a lot of his hard work, but the final release and distribution are plagued by endless mistakes and problems.

反觀從網易雲音樂發布的致歉內容來看,我覺得網易雲音樂的公關發言人有點「小家子氣」。首先,NFC卡片並不會是李榮浩原本的專輯設計,而是平台附加的產品,主要為網易雲音樂引去關注與流量,平台是最大的受益者。其次,平台在致歉中強調「由李榮浩工作室團隊指定的供應商@經典五大 在實體專輯製作環節的疏漏」,平台把責任推的一干二淨——這種試圖推託的言辭顯得非常刻意且不合理,這跟李榮浩工作室團隊指定與否根本沒關係,具體理由已經在上面列出,不再贅述。

After reading NetEase Cloud Music's apology, I believe their public relations spokesperson lacked responsibility. First, the NFC card wasn't part of Li Ronghao's original album design; it was an add-on product for the platform, primarily intended to attract attention and traffic to NetEase Cloud Music, making the platform the biggest beneficiary. Second, the apology emphasized "the oversight by the supplier @ClassicFive, designated by Li Ronghao's studio team, in the physical album production process," completely shirking responsibility—this attempt to deflect blame seems deliberate and unreasonable. It has absolutely nothing to do with whether Li Ronghao's studio team designated the supplier or not; the specific reasons have already been listed above and will not be repeated here.

再者,「再次向李榮浩先生及所有受影響的用戶致歉!歡迎大家一如既往地支持李榮浩先生和他的作品。」,致歉內容的最後半句越看越難受——在整個表達語境中,是否容易被解讀成希望大家不要因此而「嫌棄」李榮浩?對於這次事件,任何人都知道,並不會影響聽眾、歌迷與粉絲對李榮浩及其作品的支持度,但是會折損網易雲音樂在實體專輯發行業務的口碑,特別是在專業流程與項目執行上被貼上“不專業”的標籤,非常災難。而且,對於李榮浩這個等級的「天王級」歌手而言,並不是網易雲音樂給李榮浩帶來聽眾群、歌迷群與粉絲群,而是他給網易雲音樂帶去龐大的用戶群。最後想說,大不了李榮浩今後選擇更專業、更負責、更省心的平台合作實體專輯,但——「實體發行」與「數位發行」畢竟是兩碼事,應該也不至於影響李榮浩與網易雲音樂在數位發行上的合作。(文/酋長)

Moreover, for a "king-level" singer like Li Ronghao, it's not NetEase Cloud Music that brings him listeners, fans, and general fans; it's he who brings NetEase Cloud Music a massive user base. Finally, it's possible that Li Ronghao will choose a more professional, responsible, and hassle-free platform to collaborate on physical albums in the future. However, "physical distribution" and "digital distribution" are two different things, and it shouldn't affect Li Ronghao's collaboration with NetEase Cloud Music on digital distribution. (By 酋長)
